      Work schedule: Flexible (depends on the department) Work set-up: WAH

      Cons

      Low salary -- current position has higher pay in other companies No internet allowance -- although we are required to go onsite once a month for a team lunch out, I think we should have an Internet allowance since we've been working from home since the pandemic. Workload -- due to bandwidth issues, sometimes you can no longer do work-life balance

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
