      Poor Pay and No Work-Life Balance - Sr chat associate TTEC Employee Review

      Pros

      Some initial training provided Work-from-home option (in certain roles) Exposure to customer service processes Working at TTEC has been a very disappointing experience. The base salary is extremely low compared to the workload and expectations. There are hardly any opportunities for growth or fair compensation. Work-life balance is almost nonexistent – long and stressful hours with unrealistic targets make it difficult to maintain personal life. The management does not seem to care about employee well-being, only about numbers. Overall, I would not recommend TTEC to anyone who values fair pay, career growth, or a healthy work-life balance.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
