      Pros

      This system doesn't allow correct year of employment. It was a what I needed at the time. Got to learn about Talbot's.

      Cons

      The Management team hired too many people at the beginning. Then hours were immediately cut. Dealing with the mess if traffic at Tanger outlet when there was a football game.

      Fun, and upbeat work environment

      Cons

      Corporate is extremely tone deaf. Posting videos of redoing offices while also being known for never giving raises to staff. Outlet is drowning and doesn’t get the appreciation they truly deserve for being the hardest working in the whole company. Corporate also does a lot of gaslighting ex: saying this is what everyone wanted but couldn’t be farther from what everyone wanted.
