      I had an excellent manager & corporate management seemed to put in a lot of effort to make sure their employees were respected at the retail level

      Fun, and upbeat work environment

      Cons

      Corporate is extremely tone deaf. Posting videos of redoing offices while also being known for never giving raises to staff. Outlet is drowning and doesn’t get the appreciation they truly deserve for being the hardest working in the whole company. Corporate also does a lot of gaslighting ex: saying this is what everyone wanted but couldn’t be farther from what everyone wanted.
