      Pros

      You can easily get hired when they need someone. They make everything seem nice and easy. You can find many good friends there.

      Cons

      Fewer work hours than expected. The store manager is not well-behaved. They create distinctions between employees, which is not good. They expect you to be on call always.

      Fun, and upbeat work environment

      Cons

      Corporate is extremely tone deaf. Posting videos of redoing offices while also being known for never giving raises to staff. Outlet is drowning and doesn’t get the appreciation they truly deserve for being the hardest working in the whole company. Corporate also does a lot of gaslighting ex: saying this is what everyone wanted but couldn’t be farther from what everyone wanted.
