      Pros

      I loved the company workplace and culture.

      Cons

      This is a very labor-intensive job, and there will be times when you may need to step out of your area of business to assist another department. This is definitely not for everyone, and I would highly recommend having other experience in retail first before becoming an Executive Team Lead at Target.
