      As a full-time student, the hours are very manageable and fit my schedule.

      Cons

      The biggest con is the short staff, but that obviously varies by location.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
