      Pros

      It was fairly easy work-mainly putting merchandise back on the floor and organizing things.

      Cons

      Ignored my grad school schedule and had me working more hours than I wanted. Very unorganized backroom/backstock made it hard to do job well and efficiently.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
