Pros

You get a pay check

Cons

I put part-time worker only because everyone is basically part-time except management. You aren't told this at the beginning. I was supposed to get full time but I can't seem to get the hours. You are promised full time , but then you barely get over thirty hours if you're lucky. They expect you to have open availability but then your hours can change from week to week , from as high as 36 hours down to 20. You try to talk to management about it, they still keep messing with hours, then when you bring it up again, they hold it against you by saying you're having an attitude. Work hours are chronically always understaffed but yet they will let some employees do whatever they want , leaving others with the heavy workloads. It's hard to get cross-trained , even if you ask over and over. Most customers can be nice, but many of them feel they are better than the employees and will make sure you know it. The new company idea of concentrating strictly on customer needs , means that employees can be written up over the smallest of things. Apparently , these complaints aren't localized , so I didn't feel the need to add a state or a location.
