      - Team Leaders can be poor leaders - Lots of responsibility is handed off to Team Members while Management takes credit

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
