Pros
Target is great to work at for the regular assessments of performance, and the interest from management to constantly grow. Every day at Target is a completely different day from the day before, and if you are ever bored, then you aren't paying attention. Interacting with customers is an added benefit, which I get to experience regularly since sales are a huge part of my department.
Cons
It can be stressful at times, and time tends to move faster there. The majority of times there is more on your plate than you can get done.
