      great schedule and every other weekend off! Upper managment leaves you alone as long as you work hard and get the job done. Speed is life!

      pay could be a little higher. that is really it. You must have open avaibility to move up

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
