      Pros

      Exposure to amazing people and work. Great opportunities to see and learn. Good ideas. Love the stores and love what we sell. Great leverage when buying with that power.

      Cons

      Communication issues. Many people are about 24 to 28 and there's some immaturity and inability to think there. Benefits are being cut.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
