      Room for advancement is not there without your degree A lot of politics and all about who you know the higher you advance Work life balance is difficult; Expected to work long long hours

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
