Good worklife Banlance Good Lunch as it is complimentary at target Good leave policy If you have good rapo with your leaders you will get good hike otherwise no hike even if you work hard and smart. HR team is good and response very promptly .
Cons
Salary hike depends upon the rapo with your manager As target is going under lot of changes the policies are becoming more strict day by day. Transport facility is worst at Target with very strict at Target . ( 5kms radius is your pick up point from your home ) HUH ! Travel opportunity is reducing day by day . You have to attend endless meetings every evening .
