      Pros

      Always something different going on which makes time go by fast. For the most part the team is nice, there are a few bad apples which ruin the morale.

      Cons

      The leaders should be more involved with things. Selling is a huge part of working at Target, so if you can't sell or don't like working with people it's not for you.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
