Seasonal employee - LOGISTICS FLOW TEAM MEMBER Target Employee Review

Everyone from the seasonal team got let go because they didn't have a need for more employees. I was asked to work some shifts which I wasn't scheduled for but it cut into my school work. I was told they would work around my school schedule. The boss got nasty and said I signed up for this. I thought that if I worked really hard they would consider me as a permanent employee. That wasn't the case.
