      *Work with my school schedule *Employee benefits are nice. *Recognize hard work

      Cons

      IMO, flow team appears to be a dead-end job and not something someone should consider to work for years on end or think of as a career. There's always something better out there. *Company changes a LOT, not necessarily a con but definitely something I've noticed while working here. Not a problem for me as I can adjust.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
