Pros
They have great people who work there....there is more to do there because everyone goes to target to shop as opposed to wal-mart or k-mart. Also, the walkie talkies help a lot but the people tend to give seniority to those who've worked there longer.
Cons
The hours just aren't as concrete as I want them to be.
