Pros

Great team, most everyone I've worked with has had a great attitude and is willing to work collaboratively for solutions. Salary is solid for the twin cities market. Working environment is safe and modern.

Cons

Target's approach to consensus decision making at leadership levels continues to inflict the organization with unnecessary conflict regarding priorities. Chronic dishonesty regarding gaps and opportunities leads to plenty of half baked solutions, that fall flat after implementation. Long term implementation of processes and projects is often poorly planned at best, and at worst is just dumped on run-state teams as project team budgets close. Little to no accountability at Director level and above regarding strategy, actions taken, and results. Far too much HR involvement in run state decisions, leading to solutions that fall short of being operationally effective. Benefits and bonuses continue to be the subject of ample cost cutting.
