      Pros

      Pay and benefits, meeting great people that I get to work with, and the ability for advancement if you are able to relocate.

      Cons

      Schedule and Hours that you work, also the ability for advancement if you are able to relocate. Good if you want to move and not so good if you want to remain in the same community.
