      Pros

      Lot of great opportunities for learning and growth. Fun, past paced culture with excellent training and the chance to define your own career. Company takes care of its employees.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit on the low side, but its compensated by terrific experience. Would definitely consider going back some day.
