Pros
Target has a good reputation within the community. It is seen as an upscale position to be in their management team. You get a 10% discount on everything at the stores.
Cons
They give just about anyone with a college degree the opportunity to take on a leadership role. Although this can be seen as a positive, for the most part its a negative because you get people right out of college(usually between 21-22) with no experience trying to boss older people with more years of experience around.
