-Great pay -Great training -Fun events for the staff -Benefits were excellent -Recruiting process is excellent -Good place to gain a lot of experience quickly
Cons
-No work/life balance. Managers will contact you all times of night, including your off days. -Lack of support from upper management. -Favoritism is a big issue across the board. -Unrealistic standards at times.
