I first started as a Seasonal, after My time was up they Hired me back as a Regular team member. One piece of advice I would give to anyone who is looking at starting as a Seasonal is to put everything you got into it and there is a shot you could get a job like I did.
Cons
Tough work environment Fast Pacing I am not going to lie but it is not an easy place to work, they pay well but they also expect a lot from the workers. The Job is not for everyone, I believe that more then half of the people hired on quit within the first month or two. There are weeks when it will be frustrating, there will probably be a lot of weeks where you feel like giving up but it gets better after awhile so hang in there.
