Pros
The management was great, supportive and benefits were not bad for a part time position. It included some health and education assistance. They are very pro promoting from within so great for career advancement.
Cons
Perpetually understaffed. And perpetually didn’t have enough equipment to physically do our jobs. Never had enough walkie talkies or zebras. Constantly moving workers around to try to manage the workflow throughout the day, which meant that many workers were doing things that they were never trained for.
