      Pros

      It's a job that pays $15+ You can work 5 hour shifts

      Cons

      They have the money to pay people more and hire more people, and they simply don't, leading to high turnover (at the midtown store anyway). They leave one person to do the jobs of 3+ people on the floor, causing stress and exhaustion at the end of 5 hr shifts.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
