The employee perks are lacking. No special discounts or accommodations from vendors like Samsung, Ninja, Bose, Lego, or any of the many other brands that they sell. This was a huge perk at other retail stores. Also everyone is treated pretty equally on no matter how hard you work you just get the base rate of a raise.
