      Pros

      Target has a great and inexpensive cafeteria. The people are nice and every seems to keep very busy. They also do fun team events

      Cons

      Parking is difficult and most employees use public transportation to get to and from work. It's also a little too trendy for its own good.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
