      Great benefits that you won’t find at any other retailer.

      Cons

      Low pay for the amount of work you are required to do, store leadership is never on your side which makes your job 100x harder, unreasonable and unrealistic expectations.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
