      Pros

      Co-workers are the best thing at Target. You aren't successful on your own, but with a strong network you become part of moving the company forward.

      Cons

      Sometimes, groups hide behind generic email addresses for work intake. It would be much easier if you could just talk to someone to move your project forward.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
