      Pros

      Steady hours during the season. Great team of people The occasional break room meal.

      Cons

      As seasonal, scrutiny of seasonal workers over other employees was night and day different. Going above and beyond was never met with appreciation.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
