Pros
It really is decent pay and you do get a good amount of training. Additionally, my co-workers were really nice and good people to work with.
Cons
Management is awful. They are completely uncommunicative and do not appreciate hard work. You could be employee of the month based on your customer serve one month and the next get chastised for taking too long to help a customer. Its ridiculous and makes it not worth working there.
