      Pros

      Very laid back culture. Free lunches on Fridays. Large variety of very cool multimedia products to work on. Good pay.

      Cons

      Low chance of advancement. Location isn't that great, mainly college students live around. It's easy to get comfortable here. Location is really the issue.

      Pros

      The company really cares about their employees. You will have a chance to work on interesting projects and products. Most of the teams have a good work and life balance. Great CEO.

      Cons

      Perhaps there were simply too many meetings. I had 12+ meetings a week, along with constant communication, demos, and interruptions. That impacted my productivity and my work-life balance. Some other team members, though, seemed to do fine in that environment.
