Pros
Growing and improving company culture. Great technology and value proposition specifically in the Vascular Division. Company has an initiative to grow and promote leaders from within. Arrow Vascular product line is by far the market leader in most categories.
Cons
Very politically oriented hierarchy. Not a family atmosphere among sales force. Very adversarial. Tough to consistently maximize commissions (Vascular Division) due to commission buckets.
