Pros

Entrepreneurial spirit is a strongly held value. Self-motivated innovators who consistently provide results have the opportunity to lead without authority. Global projects and operations build a broad and diverse professional development experience.

Cons

Concurrent projects and completing priorities do not always afford the "good" kind of challenge. Resource constraints exacerbate required regulatory complexity. Product quality and patient safety is always strongly protected however operational efficiency is sometimes compromised by overly ambitious initiatives.

Frequent Turnover Leads to Career Suicide

Pros

Initial salary is competitive, as is the stock options and AIP. These targets are competitive in spirit only. Nice modern office. Great location to look for other jobs if needed. I have to be fair, the benefit are great and the salary is probably excellent for any non-manager. Also, there are great inspiring senior leaders, but too few. Most are very short term and its evident when you look at VP turnover vs President/Executive.

Cons

Frequent turnover of the management staff leads to a culture of chaos and uncertainty. A new manager comes in torpedoes you in your performance review each year because they don't know everything you've worked on. The starting salaries are competitive, however reaching the next echelon is extremely difficult because you always taking the blame from the previous management regime. It is a frequent culture of blaming the last person and not taking accountability. I have worked here for over 5 years and i have never seen such a poor work life balance. I am trying to be fair, was i have met almost everyone in the main offices. Very few, with the exception of receptionist and customer service, the work hours are expected 12 hour minimum. I have not been able to take a holiday in almost 3 years, including xmas and thanksgiving. My work week is 7 days and my health has suffered.

Pros

The company name renegotiation, current stock price, benefits 401K match

Cons

I interview with this company for a territory manager position. When I negotiated the base pay the hiring manager did not have a problem. I was called on Saturday and Sunday by the Teleflex recruiter basically re interviewing me and tying to negotiate my base salary acting like she was unaware of my requested base pay. She then emailed, called and texted requesting a W2 and pay stub, which is illegal to do in the state of CT! I spoke with the hiring manager to hear his side and he became aggressive and defensive of the Teleflex recruiter stating she was doing him a favor by calling/emailing/texting me over the weekend as well as trying to renegotiate a base pay. He told me if I was not comfortable sending my W2 and Paystub he would not be comfortable giving me an offer and would need to restart the interview process with a new candidate. I emailed both back rescinding my application and offering proof that I was telling the truth about my current pay, which was NOT REQUIRED OF ME!
