Business Outlook
Pros
We have a great team and culture. We get on well and learn from and support each other. We have fantastic products and are well supported with learning and developing our product knowledge. We also have opportunities for career progression should that be something that you wanted.
Cons
At times, we have had some supply issues, which haven't always been well communicated down. This obviously can be a little frustrating particularly when they same problem has cropped up several times. We have had some changes to our systems and processes, so I am sure that these past issues will in time be resolved.
