Pros

Lots of Overtime, can make good money if you want to work long hours.

Cons

Micromanagement. Favoritism, not performance based. All about the numbers nothing else. Not taking care of the customer on 1 call/email resolution. Not a team environment. Do not value employees except the Favorites.
