      Nothing good at all to share.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, Biasedness towards chinese as the company is full of locals. So if you are a foreigner please refrain from joining as you will always feel left out. Employees who are bootlickers can only get promoted. Hardwork & skills are of no use.
