Thanks for taking the time to write about your Teleflex career. You made some good points about what it takes to advance at Teleflex, and I think your observations would be true at most companies. People do need to take the initiative to let their manager know about their career aspirations. We offer many opportunities to do that at Teleflex through monthly progress reviews, individual development plans and a variety of training programs for people at all levels.
