      Work life balance is good. Remote

      Cons

      Engineering culture is not that high. A lot of cost cutting and offshoring of engineers contributes to a dip in quality and innovation.

      real remote arrangement for most staff

      Cons

      There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
