      Your working experience it depended on your manager and team you are in, a great area can be ruined by your unqualified manager and peers, but I guess that is everywhere

      real remote arrangement for most staff

      Cons

      There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
