Terminix is a great place to work! I've been with ServiceMaster/Terminix for 5+ years and been able to create my career here. The company is constantly growing and focused on customers and employees. We are very busy and there is a lot of work to be done but this is a company that allows you to have work life balance. Culture is fun, fast paced, and I enjoy calibrating with others. I’ve been able to recommend Terminix to friends and they have been able to start their careers here too. Leadership listens and you feel like you have a voice in the company. Strongly recommend to others!
