Pros

Good place for learning new things. Cab facility available.

Cons

After april 2025 the work culture is poor. where the management people mostly discourage the work you do in most provocative way. There has been a significant decline in workplace culture, marked by a shift in leadership approach. Constructive feedback and support have largely been replaced with discouragement, dismissiveness, and in some cases, overt hostility. Employees' efforts are often ignored or minimized, which has led to a noticeable drop in morale, motivation, and a sense of belonging. In particular, leadership at the Chennai office has demonstrated biased behavior—offering recognition, appreciation, and opportunities mainly to those they are personally comfortable with. This favoritism undermines fairness and creates an unhealthy competitive environment.
