      Things may be different now, but when I was employed here there was a very thin line between management and those who reported to them. Close friendships inside/outside of work, lots of workplace gossip, favoritism, etc...

      Pros

      Flexible hybrid work, great culture working for the company, benefits and pay is pretty good as well

      Cons

      Can feel hard to move within the company as opportunities don't open up often for specialist to move upwards

      Pros

      -it can be flexible just depending on who your manager is -well developed tams can be self sustaining and bring you to quota every month -nice perks like monthly stipends

      Cons

      -onboarding can be awful if you don't have the right person on your team -so many sales trainings and they don't always make sense
