The atmosphere is not stuffy or too formal, it's a small enough company where everyone knows most everyone else. Fun company events, relaxed office environment, and leadership team that listens to their folks.

The schedule gets full a few times a year, which is true of similar organizations as well.

They don’t know how to screen candidates for technical proficiency so it’s easy to get hired. If you learn something this could be a nice stepping stone, otherwise it’s like walking through the Bog of Eternal Stench.

Their entire C suite is a fraud, they’re pretend executives. They have no real HR, they use a 3rd party Door Dash HR service. Their average compensation is below median for entry level. Their managers operate in silos. Go read their “whitepaper” on ransomware and tell me these people are on the level. The author is one of their managers.
