Pros
Great Brand recognition, Holds a brands most recognize and many would like to own. The overall distribution model works well, other than some conflict between channel pricing and opportunity. More than willing to spend the needed time money on a particular strategy or adventure.
Cons
A very top down company, too many business plans that are unwelcome by customers. Very little, if any intrest from the field in what customers want. Too many complex strategies designed to generate revenue with little concern for customer service. A good place to work for 5 yrs, but avoid the whole midmanagement climb, highly political. Most overlooked talents went on to be stars elsewhere.
