Pros
Work environment is friendly with many good colleagues. They provides a certain amount of flexibility in terms of work life balance.
Cons
The management micro manages and focus too much on figures and performance neglecting development for employees. They select leaders base on years of service and not by leadership qualities. Managers listen only to the supervisors and do not communicate with others. There is a serious lack of communication within the organization. Information are not properly disseminated resulting in speculations when issues arise. No career prospect. Only good as retirement or if you are fine with no progression for life,
