      They are trying hard to make it a desirable place to work. Good culture, very good benefits and good performance review process.

      Cons

      Bad money saving decisions. Some branches spend huge money while others sponsor them. Limited investment in the old work-space... dirty.

      Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad
