      Pros

      A lot of great people working there. Great starting point to learn how to be proactive and build a sales pipeline and prospecting.

      Cons

      Work isn't so interesting. Incredibly competitive industry, mostly just competing on price. People always saying they were in touch with a prospect first to claim 50% of the deal.

      Pros

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Cons

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
